• To learn more about Bayada benefits, Responsibilities for Registered Nurse Supervisor :
  • Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Atlantic & Cape May Counties.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
    
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
    
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
    If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a RN Supervisor position could be your dream job!
    • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
      
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
