With competitive rate as a weekend warrior!Expectations: MUST work every Saturday and SundayFor Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shiftHelp Residents with personal hygieneObserve Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurseDocument Resident food and fluid intakeAssist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplementsMaking the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidyTransport Residents within the facilityAssist nurses and other staff as neededAdhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and proceduresAbide by all federal, state and local requirements and standardsMaintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility dataExperience:CNA: 1 year (Preferred)License:CNA (Required)For LPN or RNDuties and Responsibilities:Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).Records on patient charts observation of patients responses to nursing care rendered.Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.Experience:RN/LPN: 1 year (Preferred)License:RN/LPN (Required)by Jobble
