By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 an hour plus service charge and commissionsTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations while delivering SHOW Standards
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail productsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy LicenseTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
    • One (1) year of guest service experience
    • One (1) year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
    • Experience in retail
    • Takes pride in their work
