Job DescriptionCare Finders Total Care LLC, a leading home care company in NJ is looking for a Per Diem RN field nursing supervisor in our Vineland Branch. The RN field nursing supervisor is responsible to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health Care services such as supervising Certified Home Health Aides in a patient's home, evaluate the patient's plan of care and assess their physical and psychosocial needs.Position Summary:The Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care for patients requiring professional nursing service; provides patient and family teaching and supervises other members of the health care team.
