The Vascular Institute of AMI is a multidisciplinary vascular and interventional practice with a focus on providing the highest quality, minimally invasive, and cutting-edge care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Vascular and Interventional Radiology (IR) services are provided at 11 surgical and satellite offices throughout the Central and Southern New Jersey regions.
AMI is seeking a Clinical Supervisor / Charge Nurse (RN) to join the team in the Vineland Vascular Institute (VI) office location.

The VI Clinical Supervisor / Charge Nurse is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of clinical team members;
• Assists Medical Assistants, Technologists, Nurses, and Providers with maintaining patient flow, ensuring patients are seen timely and efficiently;
• Provides patient care within the clinical setting and provides coverage for clinical team members as needed;
• Ensures high-quality clinical care for patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints and recommending action as appropriate;
• Works collaboratively with others to develop and update VI policies and procedures;
• Ensures clinical policies and procedures comply with current state and federal regulations, including, but not limited to OSHA, NJ Division of Consumer affairs, DOH and CLIA requirements and regulations. Identifies and recommends policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency;
• Maintains excellent communication and effective working relationships with all patients, providers, and AMI team members across the organization, as well as the public and the medical community outside of AMI for continuity of high-quality patient care;
• Completes interviews for prospective team members and participates in HR & recruitment processes;
• Conducts and documents orientation and training of VI team members on clinical policies, procedures, and practices and facilitates team meetings;
• Establishes work schedules, completes payroll processes, and monitors performance of the assigned team members;
• Manages and maintains clinical supply inventory and ensures that clinical equipment remains in operating condition; and
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  This full time, 40 hour per week position will be based in AMI's Vascular Institute location in Vineland, NJ. The work schedule for this position includes Monday-Friday, day shifts. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.QualificationsEligible candidates have a current and valid NJ RN license, with current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Qualified candidates also have experience with sedation and exceptional IV skills. Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a clinical setting is strongly preferred. Candidates must also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate both compassion and clarity in all aspects of the role. The ability to problem-solve, utilize critical thinking, and complete tasks under pressure is required for success in the position. The ideal candidate is an effective leader and team contributor, demonstrates a positive attitude that motivates team members, and fosters an environment of collaboration and learning.
