Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a prominent leader in the field of historic restoration, is looking to fill a full-time position with a talented Restoration Mill Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations. Work will include managing fabrication and restoration of windows, doors, and trim to match historic profiles and configurations, as well as finishing metal and wood components with paint, stain, or clear finishes.Qualified applicants must possess these skills:

• The ability to multi-task and oversee five to ten projects in various stages of fabrication.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership and pride in work.
• Ability to communicate with other workers in the shop and on-site installers.
• Liaison between management and 15 to 20 shop craftsmen.
• Ability to converse with architects and clients.
• Organized and process-driven.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints.
• Woodworking experience.Working knowledge of these machines is ideal:
  • Shaper.
  • Planer.
  • Table Saw.
  • Wide Belt Sander.
  • Jointer.
  • Spray Booth.
