heights.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild, grow, and empower a thriving sales
team that blends direct sales with company appointments, no
order-takers neededAchieve personal and team monthly goals in all
key areas: Sales, Recruiting, and Training/DevelopmentOrganize and
run weekly in person sales meetings at a company provided office,
daily virtual meetings, monthly managers conference, and twice
weekly management callsContinue to develop yourself personally and
professionally to lead from the frontThe work week is Tuesday
through SaturdayCultivate and sustain and environment of
accountability and performanceQUALIFICATIONS AND
REQUIREMENTSExperience building and growing sales
team(s)Flexibility working evening appointmentsSuccess Driven,
Competitive, and Disciplined with high integritySelf-starter that
wants to build a team of high performance professionalsHigh energy,
enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skillsProficient with
TechnologyContribute with self-generated salesThe ability to have
sensitive conversations surrounding performanceAccess to reliable
transportation - travel to client's homes, meetings, etc.Bilingual
abilities are a plusMust be free of non-compete agreements in
residential roofingCOMPENSATIONBase plus commission (no cap)Pay
range: $95,000 - $150,000 base + commissionDistrict Managers may
increase their personal income through sellingFull Benefits package
