  • Day to Day operation of the sales team including sales plans and pricing strategies
  • Making sure sales team is hitting their goals
  • Assigning sales leads to reps
  • Responsible for companies marketing and brand development
  • Networking and socializing with clients, and business connections
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other events that align with the industry
  • Create and maintain sales budget
  • Analyze trends
  • Must have a growth mindset Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sales and water treatment
    • Minimun 2+ years' experience in managing a successful team
    • Minimum 2+ years' experience in marketing
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to prioritize
    • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
    • CRM and Reporting experience
    • Have worked for a company engaged in HVAC Water Treatment Service and Sales preferably in NJ, PA, & NY Area
    • Legionella Compliance Experience a plus
