Job Description:

American Medical Associates - A long term care facility located in Vineland is currently seeking strong Unit Managers with excellent supervisory skills.
Responsibilities of the Unit Managers-Nursing Home:.

Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.

Qualifications of the Unit Managers-Nursing Home:
- Must have NJ RN license
- Prior Unit Manager experience is preferred
- Must have Long Term Care experience
- Strong managerial skills
