Quality Control Manager
QUAD is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager for a manufacturing client located in Vineland, NJ.

The Quality Control Manager will work closely with members of management to guarantee that the best product is delivered to all customers on a routine basis and will independently examine data to determine company process improvements.
Responsibilities:The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting with quality objectives and strategies development
• Cultivating strong customer relationships
• Ensuring achievement of KPIs
• Managing product quality plans aimed at effective process control execution
• Performing production changes and innovations analysis
• Utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools for root cause and countermeasure identification
• Implementing inspection and sampling techniques
• Managing QA staff and department budget
  
  Skills/ Competencies:The ideal Quality Control Manager will possess these skills:
  • BS in Engineering
  • 5+ years' role as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment
  • ISO 9001 experience
  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why, SPC, SQC, etc.)
  • Experience with project management
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
