Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a
seasoned Electrical Engineer at the Senior Staff level to join our
dynamic engineering team. In this critical role, you will be
instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of
electrical systems and solutions that sustain and enhance our
energy services across various sectors. With a commitment to
innovation and excellence, you will contribute to projects that not
only meet current demands but also pave the way for sustainable and
efficient future energy systems. Design, test, and oversee the
implementation of complex electrical systems and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to identify
innovative solutions and improvements. Ensure compliance with
national, state, and local regulations. Lead the technical analysis
and troubleshooting of electrical system issues. Mentor junior
engineers and support their technical development. Manage projects
from concept to completion, ensuring they meet budget and time
constraints. Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering
principles and practices. Proficiency in electrical design software
(e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB). Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and project management
abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
