Job Details Responsibilities: Interpret technical drawings using GD&T to validate and inspect product dimensions Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformance issues Support and participate in NRV (Nonconforming Review and Validation) teams Maintain and improve quality documentation, records, and reports Interface with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns in real time Drive initiatives that integrate performance metrics with quality systems Assist in internal audit functions (a plus, but not required) Contribute to fostering a quality-first culture across the plant floor Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role Strong working knowledge of GD&T and interpreting technical drawings Proven background managing corrective actions and handling nonconformance reports Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment full-time Experience in cross-functional teams focused on quality and process improvement Internal auditing experience is a plus Familiarity with performance-driven quality practices is highly desired Exposure to maritime manufacturing is a bonus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
