Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving
students across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels in
the Baltimore, MD area. The role involves working onsite within a
K-12 school setting, supporting a diverse student population with
communication needs. Location: Parkville, Maryland Position Type:
Contract, school year (CSY) with possible extension into extended
school year (ESY) services in July 2026 Schedule Options:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (2 positions
available) Part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (option
to add Fridays if interested) Key Responsibilities: Provide speech
and language therapy services to preschool children at community
preschool sites (itinerant role) and elementary and middle school
students in assigned schools Implement individualized treatment
plans for PreK through 8th-grade students Supervise Speech-Language
Pathology Assistants (SLP-A) providing services under your
guidance, particularly at the middle school level Collaborate with
school staff and families to support student communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland
licensure and district requirements Qualifications: Active Maryland
Professional Licensure in Speech Language Pathology (CCC)
Experience working with students from preschool through middle
school preferable Ability to supervise an SLP-A and provide
mentorship Completion of district-mandated background check and
employment history review as per House Bill 486 Strong
communication and organizational skills Benefits: Opportunity to
