Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. This position offers an opportunity to provide
specialized educational support to K-12 students during an Extended
School Year (ESY) program in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The role
is part-time and contract-based, focused on delivering expert
special education services to meet diverse student needs in
multiple approved school locations. Key Details: - Location:
Itinerant, Countywide within Bucks County, PA (Main Office in
Levittown, PA) - Contract Duration: June 23, 2026 July 31, 2026
(ESY) - Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (26
hours per week) - Serving Schools (final placement based on need
and candidate location): Cecelia Snyder Middle School, Strayer
Middle School, Everitt School, Pearl Buck Elementary School, and
potential placement at Fallsington Elementary School pending
approval - Role: Providing special education services to students
with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Plans
(IEPs) Qualifications: - Valid Pennsylvania Special Education
certification is required - Candidates holding an Emergency Permit
must be enrolled in a certification program and provide proof of
active progress - Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction and
adapt to a variety of educational settings - Strong communication
and collaboration skills to work effectively with students,
families, and school personnel - Experience working in K-12 special
education environments preferred Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized instruction aligned with students IEPs to support
learning and development - Implement strategies to address
academic, social, and behavioral needs - Collaborate with the
educational team to monitor progress and adjust interventions as
needed - Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state
and district regulations - Participate in professional development
