or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
essential support to students with special needs, this full-time
paraprofessional role is based in an elementary school in
Norristown, PA, serving a diverse K-12 caseload within an urban
setting. The contract spans a full semester, beginning ASAP and
concluding June 12, 2026, with three openings available. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver 1:1 educational support to students,
including those with behavioral challenges and elopement issues. -
Assist with behavioral management strategies and changing
educational needs. - Support toileting and diapering requirements
as necessary. - Collaborate closely with school staff to create a
supportive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: -
High school diploma required. - Current CPR certification or
willingness to obtain. - Ability to secure Pennsylvania clearances.
- Experience working with special education (SPED) students and
behaviorally challenged youth. - Familiarity with urban school
environments. - Prior school-based experience with references. -
Comfortable managing K-12 students diverse needs, including
toileting assistance. - Must disclose district affiliation upfront.
Position Details: - Location: Norristown, PA. - Contract: Full
semester, onsite. - Interviews: Conducted via Zoom. - Note: Only
three candidates per opening will be considered at a time,
following district guidelines. - Candidates already onboarded who
