or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
paraprofessional opportunity is available in West Chester, PA,
supporting K-12 students in a variety of educational settings. This
full-semester contract role starts ASAP and runs through June 12,
2026, with three distinct openings designed to meet diverse student
needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide general education support
for a 4th grade student within the classroom and academic
environment. - Assist students with changing and behavioral support
needs. - Offer 2:1 student support including push-in and pull-out
services in general education classrooms. - Work closely with
students requiring specialized education support, including
toileting and diapering assistance. - Collaborate with teachers and
staff in an urban school setting to enhance educational outcomes. -
Maintain compliance with all required Pennsylvania clearances and
certifications. Qualifications and Experience: - High school
diploma required; CPR certification preferred (resources available
to obtain certification if needed). - Comfort and experience
working with special education students and those with behavioral
challenges. - Previous school-based experience and strong
references required. - Ability to work onsite from 8:30 AM to 4:00
PM. - Must be willing to disclose current or previous district
affiliations upfront. - Successful candidates will complete a Zoom
interview process. Positions Available: 1. General Education
support in a 4th grade classroom. 2. Behavioral and changing
assistance at an elementary school. 3. 2:1 classroom support with
push/pull out services in general education. Benefits include a
