Job Description:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of
project execution, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing (MEP) coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic
thinker and experienced leader who can manage schedules, budgets,
subcontractors, and client relationships across various types of
construction projects. Client Details We are a reputable and
growing general contractor based in Montgomery County, PA ,
specializing in a wide range of construction projects including
commercial, multifamily, life sciences, and institutional builds.

trusted name in the region. We're currently looking for a seasoned
Construction Project Manager with strong MEP experience and team
leadership capabilities to manage complex projects from start to
finish. Description Lead the planning and execution of construction
projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee MEP design
coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and quality
control. Manage and mentor on-site teams including assistant
project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Develop and
maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure
on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with owners,
architects, engineers, and consultants to solve challenges and
maintain project alignment. Conduct regular site visits and project
meetings to ensure progress, safety, and quality standards are met.
Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor
relationships. Ensure all work is compliant with applicable codes,
regulations, and specifications. Profile Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required)
. 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with
proven expertise in MEP systems . Experience managing diverse
project types including commercial, multifamily, life science, and
institutional. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead
project teams effectively. Proficient in construction management
software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational
skills. Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes in
