We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT FILL OUT ASSESSMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT Responsibilities: Provide customer support, including but not limited to the following: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all client requests according to customer needs and objectives Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and event Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks/client requests Create images for social media postings in Canva and design sites. Research Social Media AnalyticsQualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be creative RecruitingThe right individual for this position must have at least 3 years of administrative experience and customer service experience. Must be willing to use your own internet connection at home and be able to hook up an office phone directly to your internet router for a VOIP connection (voice over internet). Office phone and laptop to be provided by Angie's At Your Service.Additional skills necessary for this job are including but not limited to the following:CreativityAbility to learn CRM and social media management programsExperience with all social media channelsMust be honest and possess the ability to hold all information confidential.Experienced in all Microsoft Office Programs a MustAdditional Details:Job is 100% virtual/work from home. However, as noted above you must live in the state of New Jersey. Additionally, due to future face-to-face meetings, expos, and networking events, this position is ideal for someone who lives in Southern New Jersey. Applicants who live in Central or Northern New Jersey will be considered behind the applicants who live in South Jersey.Hours are 9-5pm Monday-Friday at $16.50 per hr. This is a full time position.Serious applicants only - perfect for someone who is looking to make a permanent transition to working from home. PLEASE NOTE: This position is not a good fit for someone who is at home with small children that require attention throughout the day. This position is demanding and requires attention to detail. If your goal is to return to the workforce please do not apply. We are looking for someone to grow and develop within the company. Must be able to work independently.
