The Payroll Supervisor will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves managing a small team and acting as a liaison between HR, Finance, and external vendors. Payroll Supervisor (Temporary) Location: Dunellen, NJ Pay Rate: $38.00- 42.00/hour Duration: Temporary assignment Key Responsibilities: Supervise payroll staff and daily payroll operations. Review and approve payroll runs for accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations. Manage payroll system updates and process improvements. Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management. Handle escalated payroll issues and provide guidance to team members. Qualifications: 5 years of payroll experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Expertise in multi-state payroll and tax compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity) and MS Excel.
