Reimbursement A/R Associate – Healthcare Billing | $19-$21/Hour | Full-Time The ideal candidate will have 2 years of healthcare accounts receivable experience Location: Langhorne, PA (onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour Join a fast-growing and employee-friendly healthcare company that values work-life balance and professional growth. We are hiring a full-time Reimbursement Associate to join our billing and accounts receivable team in Langhorne, PA. If you have experience in health insurance claims processing , a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment , this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Submit and resolve health insurance claims with multiple payers Review diagnosis and procedure codes for accuracy Process patient information efficiently and verify insurance eligibility Follow up on claims daily to ensure timely adjudication (within 14 days) Handle electronic error/reject reports and resolve outstanding issues Maintain and update patient insurance records Generate weekly Aged A/R reports Communicate professionally with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of healthcare accounts receivable experience High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Why Join Us?
