busy season with 40 hours and below for the nonbusy. Our firm is
rapidly growing still and we like to have a fully staffed office so
that our work/life balance stays true to who we are. Target 55-hour

Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior
to join our Tax Department. Key Responsibilities: Tax Preparation
and Review: Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring
accuracy and compliance. Tax Planning: Advise clients on tax-saving
strategies and optimize tax outcomes. Research and Compliance:
Conduct tax research, maintain accurate documentation, and respond
to tax authority inquiries. Client Relations: Serve as a key client
contact, explaining complex tax matters clearly. Team Mentorship:
Guide junior staff and collaborate across departments for
comprehensive solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent
certification preferred. Master’s degree in Taxation or a related
field preferred. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in public
accounting Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations and apply
them to investment strategies. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to explain complex tax concepts to
non-tax professionals. High level of accuracy and attention to
detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment and build strong relationships with internal and
