This Senior Accountant position will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with the Executive leadership team! Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities: Take a Business Partner approach to accounting, providing recommendations, insights and proactive reviews based on business needs in a multi-entity consolidation with an expert lens for accounting principles and practices. Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes. Assist with other finance related matters as required Senior Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized and flexible. Strong problem-solving skills.
