The Opportunity: We're searching for a Cost Accountant with experience in manufacturing and cost accounting within a multi-entity environment . You'll serve as the key liaison between Finance and Operations, working closely with the CFO (based in NY), the Controller, and various operational leaders - especially during the rollout of our new Infor ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Own the cost accounting function. Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs - labor, materials, overhead - and build/refine the cost accounting system. Perform monthly inventory valuation and reconcile inventory accounts. Partner with Operations to drive process improvements, optimize ERP implementation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses between actual and standard costs. What We're Looking For: Experience in manufacturing cost accounting within a multi-entity company. A collaborative spirit with the ability to partner cross-functionally. Tech-savviness to support ERP implementation and ongoing improvements. Compensation: Up to $130,000 base salary, plus a robust benefits package.
