Controller Job Information:

• Direct hire, located in South Jersey (near Millville, NJ)
• Senior -most finance professional and oversees all financials for property management company, reports to Partners.
• Supervisors two (2) Accounting Associates. Company total: approximately 130 full time employees
• Standard -business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Nice benefits package
• A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is: $95,410 - $107,870 based on experience & training, licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
• Will lead new financial software implementation from QuickBooks to M3
• Requires onsite work, some remote work available when needed. Controller Responsibilities: -
  • Manage financials through QuickBooks initially and assist with the migration to M3.
  • Implement the M3 Accounting Systems; transition from QuickBooks.
  • Improve upon, develop and manage the company's budgeting process.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast variances, including periodic reforecasting throughout the year.
  • Oversee cash flow and treasury management to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Implement strategies to manage working capital efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through sound internal controls.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis Controller Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related business field from an accredited USA based college or university is required, MBA preferred.
    • At least five (5) years in a senior-level financial leadership role, preferably with another hospitality management company.
    • Exceptional computer skills, including ERP implementation experience a huge plus
