Description

• Daily Non-Gaming Revenue Reporting
  

• 
  
• DOR: Including hotel, restaurants, retails, parking, and entertainment)
  
• Updates/modify current spreadsheet when needed.
  
• Assist backup daily revenue audit when needed.
  
• Help boxing/organizing sales receipts.
  
  
• Accounts Receivable Invoicing
  
  • 
    
  • Tracking/update hotel sales log, purchase order and W9 information
    
  • Tracking/update AR in-house comp accounts
    
  • Apply AR payments (wholesale groups, travel agent groups and individuals)
    
    
  • Credit Card Transaction Reconciliation
    
    • 
      
    • Tracking daily activities and research variance (all locations)
      
    • Assist other departments with authorization, charge back, and check pull.
      
      
    • Track/Balance Cash Reconciliation (Cashiers' Over/Shorts)
      
      • 
        
      • Distribution over/short and exception reports to other departments
        
        
      • Track/Update Admin Comp Sales Receipts Daily/Monthly (All Locations)
        
      • Tenant Reimbursement Schedule Calculation
        
      • Complete Month End Journal Entries
        
      • Assist In SOX Audit Documentations
        
      • Other Job Duties Assigned by Supervisor or Above
        
      • On-Site, Entry Level Salary Position, Work Weekend Required, Excel Skills Required
        
        • 
          
        • A college degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
          
        • Experience in InfoGenesis/Opera/FreedomPay preferred, but not required.
