Job DescriptionAllied Experts of Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an outgoing, aggressive, and clean-cut full-time entry-level Home Performance Auditor / Sales Rep to join our sales team. This position earns a base training salary that will move to 100% commission. You work a rotating Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM schedule, and to accommodate homeowners' schedules, availability during evenings and weekends are required. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to perform basic home energy audits and introduce our home performance program. You use your understanding of indoor air quality and energy efficiency you offer them the best solutions for their needs and prepare the way for our Business Analysts to close the deal.Though you love interacting with people, you also keep accurate records and help coordinate the Building Analysts' schedules. • A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet standard insurance safe driving requirements
• Able to climb ladders and crawl in crawlspaces and attics
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer and technology skillsKnowledge of construction concepts, building science, or energy efficiency principles is preferred but not required.
