SUMMARY:Reporting to one of the Directors within Corporate
FP&A, this position provides value-added analytical support and
insights for the Company's Strategic and Operating plan, as well as
a wide range of corporate projects and initiatives. This role
develops and owns the model underlying the Company's long-term
financial algorithm, providing insights and support for capital
allocation and resource planning. This individual will have
significant interaction with senior Campbell leadership including
the CFO and his/her/their direct team.PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan
financial submission and consolidation process including target
setting, scenarioplanning, variance analysis and Board of
Directors' presentations.Owner of long-term integrated financial
model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement),
assessing theCompany's long-term financial health while evaluating
business opportunities, investments and risks with a strong
orientation tolong-term enterprise value creation. Provide thought
leadership and guidance to drive strategic business initiatives for
costmanagement effortsIndependently and accurately perform
sophisticated financial analyses. Apply critical thinking to
rationalize and explain theresults of the analysis. Prepare
executive level summary report/presentation/memo of the results.
Succinctly and articulatelypresent the results verbally.Build and
run complex models that support strategic projects.Interface and
coordinate with other areas within the company, e.g., tax,
accounting and external consultants to ensure subjectmatter
professionals provide advice with consistent assumptions for the
economic analysis. Build strong relationships acrossbusiness
partners in all areas of the company.Support CFO, FP&A and
Investor Relations teams with forward looking analytics and
modeling in preparation of investorcommunication.Provide analytical
and valuation support for various initiatives at the enterprise
level, including acquisitions, divestitures, cost saving programs,
and resource allocation decisions. Identify and provide insights
regarding drivers underlying the financial results of the Company
to assist in scenario analysis and strategic
decision-making.Perform ad hoc analysis related to current and
historical financial performance and future expectations of the
Company, includingexternal benchmarking.COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:Strong
understanding of financial statements and the linkages between the
income statement, balance sheet, and cash flowstatement. Experience
with complex financial modeling and analysis. Fluency in corporate
finance and valuation concepts.Able to organize data for analysis,
draw appropriate conclusions, provide reporting and development
direction and coursecorrective action plansStrong conceptual,
analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong cross-organizational
communication and influence skills working with remote
locationsAbility to interpret complex data and synthesize into a
meaningful format for management.Ability to set priorities.
Timeline to action may be tight and require significant
coordination.Must have strong relationship building skills and be
able to collaborate well with teams/organizations that may have
competingprioritiesMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree
(BA in Accounting or Finance preferred)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5-10 years of financial management experience, with related
expertise and experience in valuation modeling, cash flow
projections and P&L management.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
(NOT REQUIRED):Preferred education: MBA (for technical
financial/analytical foundation)Investment banking or private
equity experience a plusOTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDEDThorough
knowledge of corporate finance, valuation analysis, investment
analysis financial modeling.Strong Excel modeling skills and the
ability to translate contractual provisions to the model.Strong
interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; high level
of professional maturity and ability to articulate views ina clear
and concise mannerPassion for finance and a desire to understand

and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time,
salaried position is between$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay
depends on work location and additional factors such as experience,
job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay
may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer
competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on
